Please check our Availability Calendar for available dates and suites.  For reservations, please contact us by email at [email protected] or by using the Contact Form on this site.  The winter months are VERY popular with our guests from the USA and Canada, and we suggest that you reserve very early to insure availability!  Reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm, and then the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.  Our cancellation policy and other terms will be detailed in the Rental Agreement that you will review before paying your deposit.  There is an additional tax charge of 6% for the Impuesto de Hospedaje Anfitrión for the state of Quintana Roo, and payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee for credit/debit card payments and a 1% processing fee for ACH transfers.  We offer a no-fee method to make payment via PayPal using the Friends and Family option.

Our minimum stay is three nights.  Rents are prorated nightly for stays of less than one week.  We do not require any particular arrival nor departure day - send us your proposed dates and we'll go from there!​
