Reservations:

Please check our Availability Calendar for available dates and suites. For reservations, please contact us by email at Info@CasaToucan.com or by using the Contact Form on this site. The winter months are VERY popular with our guests from the USA and Canada, and we suggest that you reserve very early to insure availability! Reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm, and then the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Our cancellation policy and other terms will be detailed in the Rental Agreement that you will review before paying your deposit.

We do not have a fixed minimum stay - we consider each request on a case-by-case basis. Rents are prorated nightly for stays of less than one week. We do not require any particular arrival nor departure day - send us your proposed dates and we'll go from there!

Toucan 1 - $1800 USD per week / $258 USD per night
Toucan 2 - $1350 USD per week / $193 USD per night
Toucan 3 - $1050 USD per week / $150 USD per night
Toucan 4 - $1200 USD per week / $172 USD per night

Low Season 2020 - May 1, 2020 to November 30, 2020

Low Season Special! Rent two suites and receive a 10% discount.
Rent three or four suites and receive a 20% discount!
